Here's a photo of my Jelly Fish. I already sold it on eBay.
When my swapping thread was deleted, I really thought posting it here for swapping is not welcomed. Hans even replied to that thread, asking to put it on the swapping section while it is in the swapping section.

I think Jelly Fish (watches) are mesmerizing, just like all 80's Swatch watches. There's something with that era, I don't know. They're just brilliant, brilliant, brilliant!

Hey people!
Can someone tell me what would be the average price for that yellowed '85 jelly? Is 50$ a good bargain? Thank for your help!

Greetz!

I have seen 1985 Jellies go for about the same price so for me that would not be a bargain!

when i posted mine on eBay my starting price was $49.99
take a good photo, use day light
generally Swatch watches are nice looking so a good photo is not hard to produce. i think people will buy when they see the product (details) clearly.

Hey,
I was wondering if there's anyway to get rid of the yellowness of the jellyfish watches' case? I heard bleach and water does the trick. Any ideas?

Thanks,
-Ryan

How do you calculate shipping costs on ebay? I am a first time ebay seller, so please indulge my ignorance. I have several textbooks I'd like to sell on ebay, but how do I include the shipping cost in the price if I do not know how much shipping will be?

Hi Katekynn.

THe best way to calculate shipping costs is: -

1. Weigh the item with packaging material.
2. Visit your postal service's website and check the prices for the services you wish to use.
3. Calculate the cost of packaging materials you ahve bought (e.g. bubble wrap).
4. Add it all together.
5. Check other items recently sold on eBay.

Sorry, a bit off topic.

PLEASE READ: I am looking to buy a Jellyfish. I can either get the 1985 release w. a lil bit of yellowing or the Jellyfish from the 1999 collection brand new! (both for around the same price) Which is more worth it? Which should I grab?

Thanks.

...

In reality, there are much much much more versions of the Jelly Fish, see my posting here:

- thick hands without "(c) Swatch AG" at the 12 o'clock position (very rare!)

Here is a picture. This watch is VERY VERY rare.
